Return Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Blue Zone Planet is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen, or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and provide a tracking number for the return. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back at your cost.

In your product return request, please include the following:

    • Order Number
    • Product name of items being returned
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of defects as requested (size, color, etc.)
    • Date items were received
    • The address item was received at
    • Email address used to complete the related purchase
    • The tracking number of the return shipment once the return is approved

Please notify us of any issue as soon as you receive the item. We suggest that you not wait longer than 2 calendar days from the date that you receive the item to request a return.

Do not return your purchased item(s) to the address on the package received. Wait for us to contact you, and we will provide you with the applicable return address by email. Items received without prior authorization will not be refunded.

* Once approved:

  • You will have 90 calendar days to return the item for a full refund.
  • Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We will provide you with the return address to which you can ship returned products for a refund.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like beauty products (wigs, beauty tools, brushes, or makeup), custom products (such as special orders, seasonal items like Christmas, St Patrick's, EasterHalloween, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as swimwear, intimates, and beauty products). All special orders, seasonal, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, costumes, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Different computers display colors differently; the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. We do not provide refunds for color differences based on differences in screen settings. 

Purchasing Multiple Sizes of the Same Product
Please note that we do not offer refunds for returns in cases where customers have purchased multiple sizes of the same product to try on for size. Our sizing charts are designed to assist you in selecting the correct size, and we recommend referring to them to ensure the best fit.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment methodPlease remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and for providing a return tracking number.

Purchases through in-store credit, and exchanges are not eligible for a return and are final sale.

You are not eligible for a return if the above conditions are not met.

Debt Recovery and Additional Charges

In the event that a customer defaults on payment or a chargeback is applied without valid cause, Blue Zone Planet reserves the right to take appropriate actions to recover any outstanding debts. The customer agrees to be fully responsible for all costs associated with the recovery of bad debts, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, and any other expenses incurred in the process of debt recovery.
