RETURN POLICY

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Blue Zone Planet is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen, or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues

Different computers display colors differently; the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. We do not provide refunds for color differences based on differences in screen settings. Please note that we do not offer refunds for returns in cases where customers have purchased multiple sizes of the same product to try on for size. All of our garments are true to size. We source many of our items from local manufactures based out of mostly in LOS ANGELES, CA - so the items we carry are manufactured for the USA MARKET and are true to size & good quality.
