RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Blue Zone Planet is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen, or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. The refund will be issued after successful inspection of the returned product is completed. Refund processing and payment of the refund can take up to 10 business days.
For American customers returning products, we only accept returns through the USPS. For UK customers returning products, we only accept returns through the Royal Mail. The sender must pre-pay any import or customs brokerage fees; otherwise, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for any extra fees incurred due to packages that are returned to the sender by the carrier.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and provide a tracking number for the return. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back at your cost.
In your product return request, please include the following:

- Product name of items being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photos of defects as requested (size, color, etc.)
- Date items were received
- The address item was received at
- Email address used to complete the related purchase
- The tracking number of the return shipment once the return is approved
Please notify us of any issue as soon as you receive the item. We suggest that you not wait longer than 2 calendar days from the date that you receive the item to request a return.
Do not return your purchased item(s) to the address on the package received. Wait for us to contact you, and we will provide you with the applicable return address by email. Items received without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Once approved:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like beauty products (wigs, beauty tools, brushes, or makeup), custom products (such as special orders, seasonal items like Christmas, St Patrick's, Easter, Halloween, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as swimwear, intimates, sleepwear, beauty products, and all types of footwear). All special orders, seasonal, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, costumes, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Different computers display colors differently; the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. We do not provide refunds for color differences based on differences in screen settings.

We will work with you to make special arrangements for expedited delivery. Purchasing Multiple Sizes of the Same Product

Exchanges

All of our garments are true to size. We source many of our items from local manufactures based out of mostly in LOS ANGELES, CA - so the items we carry are manufactured for the USA MARKET and are true to size & good quality. By entering the height, weight, and age, we can help you find the right size. Age has an impact on how your weight is distributed. Knowing your age helps us recommend the right size.
