We will email your tracking information to you as soon as the order is shipped.
You can track your order through our site’s Track Your Order page, the SHOP APP, or directly through the carrier via the tracking number that will be provided with your shipping notification. We usually ship via USPS or UPS.

Domestic shipping time is based on the destination being one of the 48 Continental United States.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Blue Zone Planet is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and provide a tracking number for the return. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back at your cost.
In your product return request please include the following:
- Order Number
- Product name of items being returned
- Reason for the return
- Date items were received
- Address item was received at
- Email address used to complete the related purchase
- Tracking number of the return shipment once the return is approved

* Once approved:
- You will have 60 calendar days to send the item back for a full refund.
- Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We will provide you with the return address to which you can ship returned products for refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as swimwear, intimates, and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I use a discount code?
Once you checkout there is a discount code section on the right side. Sometimes we will have automatic discount codes and these will be applied automatically once you add a item to your cart. Otherwise enter the discount code provided before checkout. If you have any issue applying a discount code, please reach us at email@example.com for assistance.
Will you be restocking sold out items?
Some styles are seasonal and some we may be restocking. The best way to find out if items are restocked is signing up for our newsletter and following us on Instagram @bluezoneplanet.
I'm not sure what my size is...help!
All of our garments are true to size. We source many of our items from local manufactures based out of mostly in LOS ANGELES, CA - so the items we carry are manufactured for the USA MARKET and are true to size & good quality. To get a size recommendation you can also use our app by clicking on the sizing tool in the link above the ADD TO CART button.
By entering the height, weight, and age, we can help you find the right size. Age has an impact on how your weight is distributed. Knowing your age helps us recommend the right size.
