We have a 99-day return policy, which means you have 99 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Blue Zone Planet is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen, or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and provide a tracking number for the return. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back at your cost.
In your product return request, please include the following:

- Product name of items being returned
- Reason for the return
- Date items were received
- The address item was received at

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like beauty products (wigs, beauty tools, brushes, or makeup), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as swimwear, intimates, and beauty products). All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. All of our garments are true to size. We source many of our items from local manufactures based out of mostly in LOS ANGELES, CA - so the items we carry are manufactured for the USA MARKET and are true to size & good quality. To get a size recommendation you can also use our app by clicking on the sizing tool in the link above the ADD TO CART button.
By entering the height, weight, and age, we can help you find the right size. Age has an impact on how your weight is distributed. Knowing your age helps us recommend the right size.
